Hello and welcome to FLOC (Fifa League Of Champions),
This is a new league looking for dedicated members, who like to have a good game of Fifa.
The league will operate with each team getting 5 transfers and 25 million to spend, only on the rplayers from the other teams in this league. Everyone will play everyone and there will be a few cup competitions aswell. Please apply in the job centre.
